Senior Recruiter - Blue Grey Collar Jobs
Role: The senior recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for blue grey collar positions within the industry. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions to meet staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
