Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up appointments
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up activities
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure targets are met and provide support as needed
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet daily and monthly targets set by the management
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement
- Follow company policies and procedures for communication with customers
