Role: 3 Star Promoter
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for blue/ grey collar job positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job fairs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in blue/ grey collar recruitment
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Utilize recruitment software and databases to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
