We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing labour and overseeing projects, to maintaining project schedule and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused.
Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations of the facility
Manage the construction project assigned
Maintaining the records of materials received, used etc. and attendance of labour
Taking care of multiple projects
Risk assessment - projection of possible delays in the project and ensuring the project is completed on time as per the schedule.
Communicating with the customers
Sending reports of construction project
Qualifications
B.E Civil or Diploma in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of construction
Experience in handling the construction projects under pressure
Experience in coordinating with the labour team and extracting work from them
Fast learner and passion for growth
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Experience in MS-Office
