The NAPS Trainee will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process within the blue grey collar jobs industry. This role will involve assisting with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track applicant progress throughout the recruitment process
- Assisting with job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
