Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations to drive sales.
Sales & Transactions: Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, processing payments, handling returns, and promoting loyalty programs.
Merchandising: Maintaining a tidy, organized store, restocking shelves, and arranging displays.
Inventory & Operations: Assisting with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and monitoring stock levels.
Teamwork & Compliance: Collaborating with colleagues to reach sales targets and adhering to loss prevention policies
