We are seeking a smart, friendly, and well-spoken Front Office Receptionist to manage the reception area and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive attitude.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Maintain front desk cleanliness and manage office supplies.

Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors to appropriate departments.

Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments.

Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.

Provide basic administrative support such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:

12th pass or graduate in any stream.

0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Good communication and presentation skills.

Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.

Working Hours:
[Example: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM]

Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
