Ensuring customer feedback forms are collected daily
In case of complaining customers, taking suitable action to solve the complaints
Keeping the Café Manager informed of all the complaints
Responsible for table turnover
Constantly employing suggestive selling practices to make the customers aware
Ensuring that the customer feedback forms are filled out & collecting them daily
Café Opening Duties:
Setting up the counter for the day's operation
Receipt of food & milk
Receipt city store items like coffee beans, cold coffee mix, cups & stationery
Checking the equipment (pastry cooler, AC, microwave, mixie, refrigerator, ice cube machine, freezer) for cleanliness & ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Cleanliness of the Café interiors, exterior & servery
