The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the back office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining database systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operations
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as onboarding and offboarding
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Generating reports and analyzing data as required
