Role: Helper

Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers in performing tasks such as construction, maintenance, or landscaping
- Carry and deliver materials or tools to work site
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Learn and develop skills in specific trade or industry
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adapt to various work environments and tasks as needed
