Job Title: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition
Reporting to: Administratively and Functionally to Head HR
Location: Corporate - Hyderabad
Qualification & Experience: MBA (HR)/MHRM with 5 to 7 Years of experience in HR Partnering with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs
Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates to fill open positions
• To hire the right person for the right job. Matching the Employee Experience and Skill with the Job Profile and description for best fitment
• Coordinating for the interviews with the concerned stakeholders
• Taking care of documentation & rolling out offer letters for selected candidates
• Ensure to do follow-ups to offer released candidates till their joining
• Willing to travel to all locations for the recruitment drives.
Other Skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
• Knowledge of Hindi & English languages will be compulsory
• Knowledge of job portals is a must.
• Strong knowledge in MIS reports with fluency in MS Excel
