As an ALfa Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent within the blue and grey collar jobs industry. Your primary focus will be on filling positions such as technicians, trade workers, and skilled laborers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits packages
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
