Salary: â¹20,000 â â¹30,000 per month + incentives + fuel charges
Experience: 1â3 years (FMCG / Retail / Food & Beverage preferred)
Future Talent Advisory is hiring a Field Sales Executive for one of our premium food brand clients. This role is ideal for energetic, target-driven sales professionals who enjoy fieldwork and relationship building.
ð¹ Key Responsibilities
Visit and manage retail stores, supermarkets, gyms, and partner outlets
Ensure product visibility, placement, and in-store branding
Build strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and buyers
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Execute local promotions, sampling, and brand activation activities
Achieve assigned sales targets
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market insights
Track competitor pricing and promotional activities
ð¹ Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM is a plus)
1â3 years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Food & Beverage sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
