Security Guard Supervisor

The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of the assigned premises.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security guards to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Schedule and assign duties to security guards to ensure full coverage
- Train new security guards on security procedures and protocols
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to respond to any security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols to check for suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any issues to management
- Handle any escalated security incidents or emergencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
