Security Guard Supervisor

The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the security operations at a designated location. They will be in charge of leading a team of security guards and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to respond to any suspicious activities
- Conduct regular security patrols to check for unauthorized entry or potential safety hazards
- Respond to emergency situations and provide guidance to security guards as needed
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to security systems and procedures
