Job Description
Salary:15k to 20k
Working hours :10:00 to 6:00pm
5 Days weeks
Responsible for Individual Sales targets.
• Understand and identify customer needs and suggest right Life Insurance products the Company has to offer
• Ms Office
• Making outbound calls and Convert leads, No Miss selling
• Achieve the sales target for every month (Tele Sales) without any deviation in the process and with zero customer escalations
• Fresher/Minimum 6 months Experience in Tele sales / Customer care / Tele-calling / Telemarketing/Domestic BPO
• Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Telugu, Soft Spoken & Pleasing Skills.
• Good in Relationship Building
