Telecaller

Role: The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and connect them with appropriate employers in the blue grey collar jobs industry.

Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential candidates
- Provide information about job opportunities and job requirements to candidates
- Screen candidates based on specific job criteria provided by employers
- Schedule interviews between candidates and employers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
