As an ALfa Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for blue and grey collar job positions. You will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
