Role Definition
A Graphic Designer responsible for creating graphic/static designs based on requirements, ideas and concepts given by the internal teams.
Handling Printing Materials to do outside promotion / 2. Adobe Photoshop 3. Adobe Illustrator 4. Adobe XD 5. CorelDraw 6. Video Editing and making
Responsibility Deliverable
1. Contribute to brainstorming meetings
2. Create Graphic Designs as per requirements and deadlines
3. Maintain daily activity tracker
Tasks & Activities
Contribute to brainstorming meetings
- Actively take part in the Brainstorming meetings
- Ideation for content according to the content plan
- Contribute ideas that can be a part of the content plan
- Research based on the content calendar
Create Graphic Design as per requirements and deadlines
- Execution of the content received from the internal teams on trello as and when required.
- Ensuring weekly content is executed and is sent on internal groups for quality check as and when completed
- Usage of photoshop, illustrator to create designs as per requirements
- Creating social media posts, ads, website banners, emailers, icons, etc. as requested on trello
Maintain Daily activity tracker
- Fill out the KPI trackers
- Listing down the tasks that need to be delivered on a daily basis (Trello).
- Selecting projects and updating the team with the work for the day during the daily huddle
