Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Providing information about products or services
- Taking orders and processing payments over the phone
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with CRM software
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
