Telecaller
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present company products and services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for sales team
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas
- Provide feedback and updates to management on customer trends
Good to Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
