AC Technician

One of our clients, Broadway Network Institute is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele-caller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads and nurture them into hot leads through effective communication and relationship-building. If you have excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus!), a customer-first attitude, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Promote services over the phone
Record details of each call in the database
Follow scripts and communicate product information effectively
Handle customer questions and objections professionally
Qualifications

Proficient in English;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
