Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer products or services
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of the products/services to the customers
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management
- Keep track of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
