- Monitor and enforce security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies as needed.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to address security concerns.
- Prepare reports on security activities and incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of security guard performance and attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security guards.
