We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations in Goa in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment and a passion for driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the company in Goa.
Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
