Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up appointments
- Following up on leads via phone and email to convert them into customers
- Maintaining a database of contacts and keeping accurate records of interactions
- Providing information to customers about products and services offered
- Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments set
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
Good to have:
- Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing role
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
