Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers in Kolkata to generate leads and promote company's products/services.
2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas to achieve sales targets.
6. Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
