Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive / Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, provide information about products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain records of calls and customer details.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers.
Record feedback and report customer issues to the supervisor.
Work closely with the sales or marketing team to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Persuasive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: â¹10,000 â â¹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
