Inbound Process â Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance as per their queries.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling calls.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain call quality and follow standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: HSC Pass.
Language: Must be able to converse in Marathi
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years.
Flexible with rotational shifts and week offs.
Shift Timings:
2 PM â 11 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Upto 14000
login shifts.
6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
Key Skills:
Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
