Telecalling Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote brand loyalty
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet company goals
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the sales strategies and programs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales generated
