HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process for blue and grey collar job positions
- Conduct interviews and screenings for potential candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the database
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR activities
