- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Actively seek out new business opportunities in the market
- Promote and sell banking products and services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Monitor and assess customer needs and feedback
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the branch manager
- Ensure all banking procedures and guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with other branch employees to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
