Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
- Screen candidates over the phone and determine their qualifications and fit for open job positions
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with appropriate hiring managers
- Provide information about job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with candidates in the recruitment database
- Collaborate with recruitment team members to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Meet weekly and monthly call targets to contribute to the overall recruitment goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve call quality
