ð¢ Hiring: Customer Support Executive (ERP Software) â Mumbai
ð¨âð» Company: OneSpider Technologies LLP
ð Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (5 min from station)
ð Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM â 7 PM
ð¼ Experience: Freshers to 2 years
ð Education: Commerce graduates OR 12th pass with Customer Support experience

ð¹ Role:
* Help clients with ERP software (accounting, billing, GST)
* Provide support via phone/Anydesk/TeamViewer
* Train and onboard new users
* Coordinate with tech team for issue resolution

ð¹ Skills Needed:
* Good communication skills
* Basic understanding of accounting & GST
* Customer-friendly attitude
