Telecaller
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients in order to promote job opportunities and facilitate recruitment processes. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about job openings
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles
- Update and maintain candidate databases with accurate information
- Coordinate with recruitment team to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- Provide timely feedback to candidates on interview outcomes
