Key Responsibilities:
⢠Customer service via email: providing updates, confirmations, and collecting documents like Rate Confirmations.
⢠Communicating with drivers and updating customers.
⢠Data entry in PCS (or similar logistics software).
⢠Managing delivery orders, PODs, EIR/TIR, chassis, and documentation.
⢠Supporting billing and rate verification.
⢠Helping with dispatch and logistical problem-solving.
Required Skills:
⢠Strong English communication (written and verbal).
⢠Fast and accurate typing.
⢠Understanding of logistics or willingness to learn.
⢠Reliable home setup with good internet.
⢠Organized, proactive, and available during US business hours.
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Hours: Must match US Eastern Time (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST)
Salary: â¹2.4 â 3.36 LPA (based on experience)
