Role: Online Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through online communication channels
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online sales
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
