Back Office Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all back office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Maintain records of all transactions, orders, and inventory.
- Monitor and update data in the company database or software systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
