*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Daily Order Collection:* Collect orders from existing and new customers for our snack brand, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
2. *Sales Growth:* Achieve monthly sales targets, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
3. *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
4. *Market Intelligence:* Gather market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
5. *Product Knowledge:* Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
6. *Territory Management:* Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring regular customer visits and effective time management.
7. *Reporting:* Submit daily/weekly sales reports, tracking progress against targets.

*Requirements:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. *Experience:* 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
3. *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. *Interpersonal:* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
5. *Time Management:* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
6. *Product Knowledge:* Familiarity with weaning food products and the snack industry (desirable).
