Telecaller Outbound

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Outbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Follow up with leads and prospect for new business opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
