We are currently seeking a Secretary/Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for important documents
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagements
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Help with travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
