Telecaller
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities within the blue grey collar industry. Your main goal will be to establish contact, provide information about available positions, and schedule interviews for interested candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Provide information about job requirements, responsibilities, and benefits
- Schedule interviews for interested candidates with the recruitment team
- Update and maintain candidate database with accurate and relevant information
- Follow up with candidates via phone calls or emails to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure efficient candidate management
