Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Provide information about products or services and answer any queries.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Report on call activity and outcomes to the sales manager.
- Ensure all calls are made in a professional and courteous manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of CRM software and call center tools.
