Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales or appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Fresher/Experienced both can apply.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
