Arna Dermatology and Aesthetics is an LLP run by Dr. Mounika Ketha. It was established in 2018 in order to provide complete care to patients with any skin and hair related concerns. The high end USFDA approved LASERS and equipment were then added to the basket to offer efficient result-oriented options in dermatological treatment to patients/ clients.


Role: Tele Caller

Shift: Morning


Timings: 11 am to 8 pm (6 Days/Week)


Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Experience: Min 1 Yr.


Educational Qualifications: Must be Graduate


Responsibilities
Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the Clinic.
Contacting existing patients as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining patients information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the patients and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Maintaining the database of the patients on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on patient's needs and requirements.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
Great interpersonal skills.
