Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates for blue and grey collar job openings. Your main goal will be to effectively communicate the job details, screening criteria, and benefits to attract suitable candidates for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates based on provided leads.
- Discuss job opportunities and requirements with candidates in a clear and professional manner.
- Screen candidates based on job criteria and ensure they meet the specified qualifications.
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update the database accordingly.
