Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates for blue grey collar jobs and matching them with suitable job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Screen candidates over the phone to assess their qualifications and interest in available positions
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely and accurate information to candidates about job requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Good to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruitment or customer service
- Familiarity with ATS software
