Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Call Center Executives to join our International BPO team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a stable work from home job in the customer service and telecalling domain.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international calls.
Work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Meet daily/weekly targets while working independently from home.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience in an international BPO or call center.
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.
Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable broadband connection.
12th pass candidates with relevant BPO/telecalling experience are welcome.
