Role: Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and organize itineraries
- Maintain confidential information and files
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of executives
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Conduct research and compile data for presentations and reports
- Handle expenses and reimbursements in a timely manner

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and calendar management tools

- Experience in a similar role supporting senior management
