Branch Relationship Manager

We're Hiring | Branch Manager / Sales Manager – Electrical & Power Solutions
Location: Pan India | Position: 1 (Male)

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager / Sales Manager with a proven track record in leading large sales teams and driving growth in the electrical or earthing remedies industry.
Key Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 12 years of sales experience in electrical / power solutions or Earthing Remedies industry
• Strong leadership and experience managing Pan-India sales teams
• In-depth knowledge of B2B and channel sales models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Willing to travel extensively as per business needs
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team
• Drive market expansion and identify new revenue opportunities
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams – marketing, operations, product, etc.
• Ensure sales compliance and maintain accurate forecasting & reporting
• Train, review, and support the development of the sales team
Note: Candidates must be from the Earthing Remedies product background or a closely related industry.
